[About changing ring size]

For customers who live in Japan and have purchased from this site, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the product. We will accept a one-time size exchange free of charge for rings that are deemed "unused" according to our standards . Please allow approximately four weeks for the ring to be remade.

If you would like to change the size, please contact us using the inquiry form. Please note that for rings that can be resized, we will resize them for a fee regardless of the time since purchase. Extreme size changes may not be possible, so please consult us in advance via Contact .

Please note that we cannot change the product to one different from the one you purchased.
