If you purchase on our website, you can cancel within three days of receiving the confirmation email after purchase.

Returns and Exchanges

* Returns, exchanges and repairs are generally not accepted overseas.

All products are made to order and cannot be returned unless the product is faulty.

Rings can only be exchanged for size once within one week of receiving the product.

In that case, please contact us ( kazutoshi.tomoda@gmail.com ) and specify your name, the date of the guarantee or your order number, and the size you would like to exchange.

The item must be new and unused, and all packaging, including the box and guarantee, must be included.

Return → Due to our defect, we will send it back to you free of charge, cash on delivery.

Exchange → In case of customer's convenience, half of the shipping fee will be paid by the customer (both parties will send the item prepaid)

If this is not the case, please send it to us cash on delivery.

About repairs

*Domestic only

Please state your name, the date of the guarantee or your order number, the repair you would like done, any photos you may have attached, and the reason for the damage if known.

We will determine whether the service will be free or paid for, and will then provide you with an estimate and timeframe.

If you would like to have the product repaired, please send it along with the entire product and the guarantee.

We cannot guarantee against accidents that occur during transportation.

Refinishing

You will only be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs

Chain broken

Repairs will be free of charge within one month, but will be charged after that.

If a part or top is lost, we will charge the actual cost at the time of repair, regardless of the purchase date.

 

Stones falling off or shaking (not applicable to carved and set products)

Free repair within one month

After one month, repairs will be charged.

In the event of loss of a stone, you may be required to pay the actual cost of repair.
